Dylan Evans (me) has been working with images in some form or another for the past decade.
Starting out creating community based documentaries in Swansea, South Wales, to working in HETV Post Production in Bristol with the Natural History experts at Films@59. Working in the colour and finishing department, helping to deliver countless programs to the highest standard.
Within this time I have always been tinkering and toiling with images in photography and video, exploring experimental practices and a technical toolset. Music videos, Macro Photography, ICM Photography, Landscape and whatever else takes fancy are playgrounds for making.
I think I’ll try a bit of it all.
This website proves witness to the process of making. Not all amazing, glossy and perfect imagery but the development of personal practice; with thought and reflection to the how and why.
